What is a social media approval workflow?
The steps a post goes through before it is published: a draft, a check by your team, a check by the client, a recorded approval and a scheduled time.
How many stages do I need?
Three at the least: an internal review, the client’s decision and a recorded approval. Add a deadline and a rule for what happens when nobody replies.
Who should approve a post?
One named person, so two people do not send conflicting notes. In Montaj you can name up to 10 approvers per review, and only they can approve.
Is there video approval software where the notes get fixed for me?
Yes. In Montaj Studio your client pins a note at the exact moment of the video, and your AI (Claude or ChatGPT) reads the open notes and fixes the edit.
Do my clients need an account?
To comment, no. They open the link and type a name. To approve, they sign in free with Google, email or phone, or you name up to 10 approvers and only they can approve.
Do my videos get uploaded?
Only the videos you send for review, and they are deleted 90 days after you send them. Projects and footage stay on your computer.
What does Montaj Studio cost?
